New Zealand Delivery schedule
Orders received before midday and paid for with credit card are sent same day, or in the case of direct credit when payment is received excluding cakes made to order.

Please note we send with couriers - NZ Couriers and Aramex.

Please note we do not send to PO Boxes.

Ordering
Orders can be placed online through our website.  We are always happy to help you out with product questions if you would like to talk me and place your order in person.

Pick-Ups
Are prearranged times after 5.15pm Monday to Friday and 9-10am on Saturday or by private arrangement. You can order on-line and pick-up. (click and collect).

 

Payment Options 

Visa /MasterCard 

This may be done online, We use DPS for our on-line payment service provider, they are one of the most well-known credit card payment service providers in New Zealand. 

 

Bank Direct
You may also pay straight into our bank account. On ordering you will receive a reference number to use. Please note all items bought by Direct Credit must show payment from one week after purchase or order will automatically be cancelled. 

*Note with all bank direct orders, goods will be sent on receipt of payment. With most standard banks this is overnight. If you are not sure when your payment will go through please contact your bank.  

Returns and Refunds-Terms and Conditions 

We do our best to ensure our products arrive in perfect condition and well packaged. Please choose carefully as we cannot exchange goods if you change your mind or if they are delayed in transit beyond our control. However if you have received a faulty or wrong product or are concerned in regards to the delivery of your product please contact us and we will endeavour to remedy this immediately. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any edible item.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your cake/cupcake or topper deposit is non-refundable.

Changes, postponement and cancellations to your order/s are accepted up until 5 business days prior to scheduled pick up time. No refunds will be provided for any payments made on the order no matter the amount, or regardless of the situation. If cancelled or postponed at least 5 business days in advance, we will happily transfer any payment made on that order to another order within 6 months from that date. We will provide no refunds, regardless of the circumstances.
