Cake Pick Up 
All orders must be collected at the agreed upon time.
Please adhere to the order timeframes of two weeks.

Flavours - Vanilla, Chocolate, Lemon, Oreo, Fruit, Red Velvet, Espresso, Carrot, Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip, Earl Grey, Madeira, Black Velvet, Biscoff, Wedding Bouquet Flavour (Lemon/Vanilla/Almond/Rose) and Mums Community Cake (sultana. Raisin, Walnut & Chocolate Chip)
Gluten Free and Eggless options available

Icing Types
Icings - Swiss Buttercream, American Buttercream, and Ganache, Eggless Swiss Meringue Buttercream also available. We match our Icings to suit our lovely creations and occasions. For any changes in icing types shown on website please e-mail us at tracyann@xtra.co.nz
 for a custom cake quote.
Allergens
All products produced all contain allergens such as gluten, dairy and eggs. Some products may contain traces of nuts as nut products. We do not offer any allergy friendly products at this time.

-If you have a budget please let us know, where possible we can provide alternative options if your budget and design do not suit.

Payment and Bookings
All on-line orders require full payment by credit card to be processed.
Cake and Topper deposits on-line are credit card only.
All cake and topper orders require a 50% non refundable deposit to book in your order this can be done with cash, or credit card/shop pay online. 
Please note: We cannot process your order without a deposit. Please refer to the tab 'Refund & Cancellations' for our full policy.
 
Open times for pick ups
We are open Monday-Friday After 5.15pm and Saturday between 9-10am for all cake pick-ups. Cakes must be kept cool and flat on transportation. For stacked cakes it best to bring extra help to hold on transportation. It is advisable to take your cake straight to the premise if possible. Cake transportation and storage instructions are given on pick up with your order.
