Shipping policy

Click and collect orders are usually ready in 24 hours (excluding weekends). An email will be sent to confirm your order is ready for pick up. 

We aim to send your parcel out quickly, allow one full business day for dispatch. If you order is urgent, please let us know by adding an order comment at checkout.  

We will email to let you know when your order has been dispatched along with your courier tracking link.

If you have not received your parcel within one week please email us and we will endeavour to track your parcel with the courier company.
